From Monday 1 December, there will be improvements to your North Stradbroke Island routes and timetables. 

Additional services, a new stop and route extensions will make exploring North Stradbroke Island easier for tourists and locals.

Changes to route 880 - Dunwich to Point Lookout

  • additional daily services:
    • a service connecting with ferries arriving at Dunwich at 6:10am
    • a service connecting with ferries departing Dunwich at 8:45pm
  • extra services on weekends, public holidays and Queensland school holidays.

Changes to route 881 - Dunwich to Amity Point

  • extending the route to include Dunwich ferry terminals. You'll now be able to travel from Amity Point to Dunwich without transferring services on East Coast Road
  • connections with 16 ferry services per day
  • a new stop outside of the Quandamooka Arts and Culture Centre.

All qconnect services will also finish their transition to become part of the Translink network.
