Group travel is easy with our 'single group ticket' option. Travelling on one ticket saves time and eliminates the hassle of multiple payments.
Up to 32 adults, children and concession holders can travel together on the same ticket.
You don’t need to book in advance, simply purchase single group tickets at fare machines on selected busway, train and tram stations. Fare machines accept:
- Cash – please use correct money; change only given up to $19.90
- EFTPOS
- Credit card.
Please note: all South East Queensland services are currently accepting cashless payments only.
The single group ticket has the same fares and conditions as normal paper tickets and can be used to catch any bus, train, ferry or tram service. Group travel is subject to the available capacity on a service at the time of travel.
Large groups
Travelling with more than 32 people? Purchase more tickets to cover your whole group.
Groups may need to be split across multiple services, with each group requiring a separate ticket.
If you are travelling by bus or ferry, please be aware that your service might not have enough space available. Please contact the operator directly to discuss your travel options.
Bulk go cards
Community groups, schools and non-government organisations can purchase bulk quantities of go cards. For more information email products@translink.com.au.
